If you're not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we'll do everything we can to make it right. This includes offering redelivery or a refund. A return will only be accepted for customers contacting us within 3 hours of delivery due to the nature of flowers.Anything after will not be deemed fit for exchange or refund. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
