Tabrah Flowers runs private flower workshops across Dubai for companies, PR agencies and event hosts.
We bring the flowers, the tools and a florist to run the entire activation. We work with groups only, so there are no public classes or one-to-one sessions to book.
Corporate flower workshops for awareness days and team days
This is what we do best.
A florist arrives at your office, sets up in a boardroom or pantry or lobby, and everyone builds a bouquet they take home at the end.
It works especially well for:
- Breast Cancer Awareness Month (October) — pink and white palettes, pink ribbon wraps, a session that actually gives people something to do rather than another email
- International Women's Day (8 March) — one of our busiest days of the year, so book early
- Wellness weeks and mental health days — quiet, hands-on, no laptops
- Ramadan and Eid gatherings
- UAE National Day and end-of-year team days
- New office openings and team moves
Sessions run around 45 to 90 minutes. We can run back-to-back rounds through the day so a whole floor gets a turn without anyone losing half a morning. Group sizes from 15 to 50 people.
Flower bars and workshops for brand launches and PR events
We work with PR and events agencies across Dubai on launches, press days and influencer activations. The flower bar becomes the thing people photograph.
What we can do:
- Match the flower palette to your brand colours
- Branded wraps, ribbons, stickers and cards
- A florist on site for the full event, styling as guests come through
- Guests leave holding a bouquet, which means your brand travels home and onto Instagram

Bloom bars for weddings, baby showers and private events
A bloom bar is a styled flower station your guests build their own bouquet from. It gives people something to do, doubles as décor, and sends everyone home with a favour that isn't a keyring.

- Birthdays and milestone celebrations
- Henna nights
We style the station to your palette, bring vases, wraps and ribbon, and keep an attendant on the table so it stays looking full and tidy all night.
Note: this is for private events with guests. We don't run flower arranging classes for individuals.

What do we need to provide?
A table or two, and access to water. We bring everything else.
Do you run workshops outside Dubai?
Yes, we cover Abu Dhabi and Sharjah for a minmum group size of 30
Do guests keep the flowers?
Yes, everyone takes their bouquet home.
How far in advance should we book?
2 to 3 weeks is comfortable. For October (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) and early March (Women's Day) book 4 to 6 weeks ahead, as those dates fill up fast.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. Send us your brand palette or a hex code and we'll build the flower selection around it, including wraps and ribbon.
How much does a corporate flower workshop cost in Dubai?
Pricing is per person and depends on the flowers, group size and whether you want branding. Send us your date and headcount and we'll come back with a proposal within 24 hours.
How many people can join a workshop?
We work with groups from 15 people up to 50. For larger teams we run multiple rounds through the day rather than one big session.
How long does a flower workshop take?
Most sessions run 45 to 90 minutes including setup time for guests to settle in. Bloom bars at events usually stay open for 2 to 3 hours so guests can come and go.
Do you run flower workshops for individuals?
No. We don't run public classes, walk-in sessions or one-to-one lessons. All our workshops are private bookings for companies, agencies or event hosts with a group of guests.
